Our virtual location allows us to keep overhead low and passing that cost savings onto our customers.  Online ticket submission and tracking is cost effective and efficient, using available technology we can often fix issues remotely but when an onsite visit is needed our mobile offices allow for fast and efficient response times. These cost saving measures allow us to offer higher quality service at a lower price than the competition. It’s important to recognize the intangibles IMG possess, such as our ability to relate to our customers on a personal level as well the corporate level. We understand every customer has different needs, management style, and corporate culture and we adapt to them.
